Issue 16: Breath at the Threshold

Before stepping into a meeting, I stopped at the doorway and took one long breath. That single pause shifted my whole energy—I entered calm instead of scattered.

Thresholds matter. The doorway before you enter a room, the pause before hitting “send.” They are invitations to reset, to choose how we arrive.
