You deserve an “unbusy minute.” Not 30 minutes. Just one. That’s all it takes to stop spiraling and start returning. There’s power in giving yourself permission to not be productive for a moment.

Set a 1-minute timer. Sit. Let your shoulders drop. Say: “Nothing to fix. Nothing to prove. I am here.”
